Joseph Z. Gersten is the founder of The Gersten Law Firm in Las Vegas, Nevada. He represents clients in criminal defense, family law, and business matters, serving both local residents and visitors facing charges in state or federal court. His criminal defense practice covers the full range of offenses, including drug crimes, prostitution, domestic violence, and firearms violations.

Joe’s background sets him apart from other Nevada attorneys. He holds a Master of Forensic Sciences degree and previously worked with the U.S. Secret Service, Intelligence Division, and the FDA’s Office of Criminal Investigations. His extensive trial experience includes serving as an attorney for major insurance companies and private law firms before founding The Gersten Law Firm.
